I expect it hasn’t escaped people’s notice that Being Brunel has been updating a lot, recently. As with most things, there’s a reason for that: The one commitment I made to myself when I first started this blog was that it was going to be released weekly. However, but because I know myself, I added a bit of a loophole- weekly was defined as 52 posts a year. Well- it’s been a busy year, and I’ve sliped nearly whole months while moving house in the Spring, so I’m a touch behind. I’m on the home stretch now, though; and that means a post every weekday- what better way to learn some disipline!
While looking for inspiration, I came across this infographic sent for inclusion a few months back from Tor Coatings. I try not to make it too easy for the PR firms who just want a bit of free promotion- but it is an interesting one; although I might be prepared to admit that at least some of them are really “engineering disasters”. So, today’s post is brought to you by the letter “Disaster”:

For the record, I do take guest posts; especially from people within the construction/engineering industries – it’s only those pesky PR firms looking to improve the page ranking of their clients that I make life difficult for. If you’ve got an opinion you want to share; you’re more than welcome to use Being Brunel as your platform.
